I made these for my youngest's third birthday last year, and thought I'd posted them! Shame on me for forgetting. These cupcakes are made from REAL strawberries, with no extracts or weird food coloring. Plus, they're such a pretty shade of pink! Perfect for birthdays, Summer celebrations, or anytime you have an abundance of strawberries.
