Beef Part Deux

Continuing yesterday's post, today I'm sharing a fantastically delicious salad that can be made in a matter of minutes:  Beef Steak Salad with Dried Cherries

I tweaked it a little, as I normally do depending on what I can find, but oh my goodness is this GOOD!  After slicing and marinating the steak, you stir fry it and top your favorite salad greens.  I used a smoked blue cheese, which blended beautifully with the other ingredients.  Try this today, it's a perfect light lunch or great party fare!
