Harper celebrated her 1st birthday on July 23rd (party was the day after) and she had a ball! She is still tiny (17 lbs, 6 oz which means she's holding steady in the 3rd percentile) but that makes her compact and portable ; ). She has blossomed into a baby girl with a sweet personality, and she is quite determined at times. Here are a few pictures of her "owl" themed party (a play on her huge blue eyes).
